Now seeking to fill 10 Sales Repesentative positions. All candidates for this position will be responsible for seeking out a constant stream of new clients. Clients that you will be looking for will be looking for any or all of the following services:

• Website Design
• Graphic Design
• Logos
• Corporate Identity products (i.e. Letterhead, Flyers or anything else that helps them brand their identity
• Quickbooks Configuration and Customization (mostly custom forms in Quickbooks)
• Spreadsheet Design and/or customization
• Domain Names
• Website Hosting
• Ecommerce Solutions
• Website Templates
• and any other consulting type services for small businesses

This position will NOT require person to person meetings as this is primarily a phone sales position. Best of all, candidates will be working from their home, thus there is no need to relocate or work in a stuffy corporate environment.

Candidates will be required to email call log spreadsheets weekly to Blakhole Designs, LLC management. Business hours will depend on location of each candidate. All candidates will be required to call into Blakhole Designs, LLC daily to discuss all possible sales. Sales representatives will not be required to close deals but locate and find clients that are serious about obtaining our services.

All candidates will understand that they are starting out as a contractor not an employee but will operate in a professional manner in all regards to Blakhole Designs, LLC business in which you represent Blakhole Designs, LLC.

All candidates will need the following to be considered for this position:

• A dedicated phone line for conducting business
• A computer
• High Speed Internet (Cable, DSL or above)
• A minimum of 2 years in professional sales is preferred (either inside or outside sales)
• Ability to learn quickly and ask questions (to ensure the accuracy of the information you are talking to potential clients about)

This is a Commission Only Position.

Starting commission pays 20% of all Personally Generated Sales (of Blakhole Designs Services)

All Sales Representatives are included in a shared quarterly bonus pool of 35% of the profits made through these websites.

All candidates contracts will be evaluated every month to ensure performance goals are being met.
